Event Volunteer

Help on game days with tasks like setting up fields, registering participants, handing out awards, or helping where needed.
Sign up to volunteer with a specific team.
Play on the same sports teams as Special Olympics athletes to promote teamwork and inclusion.
Teach sports skills, lead team practices, and guide athletes.

Unified Flag Football

Cranston League for Cranston’s Future (CLCF) — 970 Pontiac Ave, Cranston, R
Every Sunday 9:00am – 11:30am

Join us each Sunday to support our Unified Flag Football athletes and help make each game day fun, inclusive, and successful. Volunteers will help with keeping score, serving as a yard marker, and supporting game play throughout the session. No football experience needed, just bring your enthusiasm, teamwork, and willingness to cheer on our athletes.

Scheduling is flexible: sign up for one Sunday or join us for the whole season, whatever works best for you.

Golf Skills Tournament

Buttonhole Golf Course — Providence, RI
Join us for a fun day of golf and help create an encouraging and memorable experience for all of our athletes. Volunteers will support the tournament by assisting at skills stations, keeping score, cheering on athletes, and helping with other event-day activities as needed. No golf experience is required, just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to support our athletes.

Volunteer roles include skills station support, scorekeeping, athlete encouragement, and general event support.

Flag Football Skills Qualifier

Cranston League for Cranston’s Future (CLCF)—Cranston, RI
Join us at CLCF for a fun, skills-focused flag football qualifier. Volunteers will facilitate skills-based rotations and help keep score as participants showcase their abilities in receiving, passing, rushing, and flag pulling, keeping the event organized, encouraging, and running smoothly throughout the day.
