Vehicle Donation

Our “Recycle for Gold” program allows you to donate your unwanted car, free of hassle. We’ll tow away your vehicle at no cost,* and all funds raised from its sale will directly support our year-round programs for athletes. In addition to the satisfaction of contributing to a worthwhile cause, you’ll receive a tax deduction. **

*A fee of $25 applies to vehicles ten years or older.
** An independent appraisal of the donated vehicle is required for proper filing of a tax deduction. Special Olympics Rhode Island cannot provide appraisals of vehicles.
